i've known him for like 5 years and he wouldn't want to do that to anyone cuz he doesnt want it to happen him. so yeah you can trust him. oh yeah bom, gotta pick up the other axle for the swap. fred said you have it. well hit me up when i can come by and pick it up, i wanna swap soon. so in conclusion :

I just bought Ground Control coilovers from him, they were sent out the very next day I paid him and he gave me a tracking number. If only all H-T sellers were like him. Excellent seller
