I sold a used Direct Port NOS kit to "h22ek" and he told me the only way he'll buy it is by COD. At first I really didn't want to deal with COD. I did a search and found out that he had some problems with other members on this board before. He called me up and told me it was all good now and started blaming the other guy for the problems. After talking to him I was like aite, I'll send you the kit and you just send me a payment...He gets the kit and calls me up and left me a message saying we needed to talk about something. I was like wtf?? whats there to talk about? i did my part...anyway he tells me he already got the DP kit installed and that the shop that installed it charged him $80 b/c they didnt want to reuse the hard lines. I was like aite go ahead and send me what you owe me minus the hard lines. He said cool man thats for understanding. Whatever...couples days go by and I still havent recieved my money....i call him up and ask him whats the deal...he tells me that he's going in and out of the hospital and thats he's heavily medicated...i felt bad for the dude and told him send me the money sometime that week...he assired me he'd send payment by friday...

well almost 1 1/2 months have gone by and he STILL hasnt send me payment...
I'll post up my phone bill(when i get it) so everybody can see how many times i've called this guy and he doesnt bother calling back...

i thought u were cool man.. u always had some good advice and help in the hybrid forum... but this incident above, **** like that is a pet peeve of mine... i've had so many people give me BS stories like that.... taking people's stuff and not paying is one thing(i call it stealing).. but when u take people's stuff and dont pay, especially when there is an understanding... man.. that just crosses the line....
for ur sake, i hope u get all this **** straightened out...
