V8_HUNTER
Does anybody know Noah Zwickl, creator V8_HUNTER, we made a sales agreement on a set of fat five wheels and he has my money, but I have no wheels. Dont buy anything from this dude, hell take your money and leave ya in the dark. Any info is appreciated

paypal isnt as secure as they make you think!!!
if he trasfered or used his paypal debit card to pull the money outta a ATM thiers nothing they can do besides close down his paypal account.
total BS!
ive had 3 claims filed before and only got like 1/3 of my money back outta ONE of those claims...
the rest.. tho they did agree with my claim and ruled in my favor BUT they had no money in thier paypal account so i was totaly screwed!
charge it to the game and jsut do like your doing talk bad about the jerk!!!!!!
tho alls he gotta do is change his S/N make sure you got his real name
paypal is always a risk! but not AS much of a risk as sending cash or MO.....
ya just HOPE they are true to thier word and check thier rep. ebays got rep, even paypal has rep.... if they dont have much feedback i tend not to try the risk...

Paypal is dam secure. Paypal WILL leave you with a negative balance, I have had that happen a few times, they wont just close your account. Just as long as there is proof, on his part ne would need a delivery comfermaton number or a tracking nubmer. Otherwise he would get all his money back.

Well there isn't much you can do. I would contact soemone in his area such as some kind of authority.

If you have his address, why don't you check http://www.yellowpages.com and get his home phone number and call his ***! If not, call the police that are local to his area or better yet, plan a road trip and go straight to his house!

its all been done, right now i have his local police department and sheriff depatment and district attorney interested in resolving this issue, I just hope that if he happens to run by this post that he would realize that im not f'n around and that hes lookin at some serious consequences. As for the roadtrip, its about 2600 miles away, so I probably wont be doing that (need to work, somebody put me out 350) but I do however have a 350 lb buddy that is nice n close to delavan that doesnt have a care in the world that would get my cash back for me. I thought i would check around on h-t to see if anybody new anything about him, thanks for all the help guys.
