can anyone tell me how to put picture up on the pages

Did you just answer your own question? or are you trying to figure it out?
Anyway, first, you have to host your picture somewhere... a web server, or picture service. Figure out the location of of the picture. My example pic is here:
http://ads.honda-tech.com/ads/honda-...hbanner20k.gif

Now, if I put [IMG] in front of the link, and [/IMG] behind the link, I get this:
