From Streetrays site.
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by streetrays.com »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Returns
Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on electrical items, special orders or items over 10 days old (this term is based on postal stamp on item package) includes and no returns without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Manufacturer warranty ONLY.</TD></TR></TABLE>
After 10 days, technically streetrays as given on their site is no longer responsible for the item you bought. Warranties are ALWAYS through the manufacturer, unless you buy a given extended one through your dealer, just for future reference.
You really should have gone straight to Greddy.
I'd like to hear what streetrays has to say about where your product is though, if they took responsibility of the product it needs to be followed through with as well.
I hope everything works out for you in the end.

I didnt notice that on their site. But that would put me in a horrible situation with Greddy telling me to go through streetrays and streetrays telling me to go through greddy.
I just want a working part.
EDIT: i just wanna clarify, i did recieve the part I ordered and it came quickly. I only have two issues with streetrays: #1 they fail to communicate, tell me whats going on and respond to me messages.
and #2, they have not only $330 of mine, they also have the actual part so communication is that much more important.

Yeah, I work retail so I've learned that you have to look at everything before you buy.
I also agree with you, they have your part which is what you need to get it replaced by Greddy. They took it, it's now their responsibility.
Next time, if Greddy or a manufacturer ever tells you to take it to where you bought it, tell them to shove it and replace the part via their warranty on their product.
Hope everything works out for you.

Look, we have your part, we didn't send it in to GReddy or anyone because we don't want to lose it and then you'll claim we stole it from you. anyway, we can ship them back to you, but NO, we can't cover it if GReddy won't cover it for us.
As you can see, we have been serving this community with the best effort we can put in for each and every transaction but you're asking for a brand new thing in place of your broken solenoid and you didn't even package it right and just ship the scratch up thing to us in a box. sorry.

OK, here is the deal.
Sent the part back to streetrays.com they said: "GReddy rejected the claim for the unit to be fixed, we have tried hard on your behalf."
I called greddy, they said: they do not deal with the warenty stuff, i need to go through the distributor.
So i called the distrubutor . they said they need the part in front of them to go through the warrenty process.
Right now streetrays.com is holding on to the boost controller for fear that it may get "lost" over at pm distributing, i can understand that completely.
WTF, this is messed up.
