SCAMMED BY Kteller...
So it was been almost 3 weeks now and the guys over at Kteller.com have done nothing to get back to me.
To make a long story short, I ordered EK ASR Subframe Kit from there website at the beginning of May. I got the kit in a timely fashion which was cool. What wasnt cool is the fact, that it was missing some hardware, very important hardware.
I am missing the 2 long bolts that hold your rear lower contorl arms to the subframe (basically were most attach the rear lower tie bar)
Im a very calml guy, so I called up their office; all the way from CANADA to talk to someone. I took me about 12 phone calls over a span of 3 days to finally reach someone.
All the other times the phone rang and rang and rang. I left tons of messages
Anyway, I explained to the guy what I was missing and he wasnt even sure what I was talking about (and he works at a place that selling these products... Hmmmm)
he said would send out the parts HE THOUGHT i needed.. so im like kool.
Nothing
called again
nothing
called a few more times
nothing
now im getting madd
so I send out a few emails they reply to 1 and that was it (they said it was in transit)
....nothing
so I email and I call and I email again
finally I send one final email asking for my money back and I will glady send my EK ASR kit back
.... nothing
now its almost June, I have heard nothing and I have seen nothing from the people over a Kteller.com so i got scammed
Lesson here guys... dont buy from kteller.com
save your money and get your stuff come place that will actually send you the right thing...

first thing i've heard bad also. I've purchased my full suspension setup and complete cam and valvetrain package along with other stuff and had no problems

That is definately the first time I have ever heard anything bad about Kteller, they've never been but the best when i've bought from them. The products were just as they described and performed as I expected. I'm sure it's probably just a mix up so bump for a response from Kteller!

now that you mention it, i did have stuff sent to me directly by the manufacturer and not kteller. I'd also suggest contacting ASR to sort it out

Wow, I'm really ******* pissed right now. I had a decent post with some good information "Must log in to post" expletive that. Wow. Enough with the rant. Read below.
Don't ever pay via money order. Unless it's a reputable business.....like MBNA or Comcast. Whatever. Use a credit card, at least with that you can call up and complain saying you never received your product. Even if you received some stuff and they're not helping you out and the manufacturer has nothing to do with the shipment you'll be golden. I haven't seen a cc company that doesn't like helping their cardholder.....and besides nobody likes to be scammed. Good luck and call the cc company I hope you used. If you send a money order next time try western union because it's just the same. Oh, I'll get any part you want, send me a money order too please

I DONT LIKE to deal with them either....NO customer service at ALL. I have spent about a grand with them and I got the cold shoulder when I told them that I thought I ordered the incorrect part and wanted to return in exchange for a more expensive part. I want to spend more money with them but instead they rejected my money and pissed me off....
