any one ever dealt with JdmLudeH22A@aol.com aka Steve Mancuso in Orlando Florida? i sent him a money order after we spoke on the phone and i checked information to confirm that he'd given me his (real) home address- everything seemed cool. it was not a ton of $, so i figured if i had his # and address, that after speaking with him that he'd not try to pull a fast one. it has only been a week since i sent him the $, but a few days ago he emailed me apologizing for the delay, saying he'd send the stuff promptly. 2 days later i emailed him and called asking for a tracking #, etc. with no response. i don't want to jump the gun, but i don't want to get screwed and thought i'd put out the word before anyone else sent him $, if he is a thief.

I'm in Orlando. What's his address and I'll take a little drive later on today and scope some stuff out .

what did you buy from him? i was going to buy a vtec controller from him.....i have family and friends in florida, but they are here visiting me for the month of january.....i told him that i needed the vtec controller now so i cant wait for my family to get back and pick it up....kinda sounded fishy when he said, sorry i need the money now and that he cant wait any longer.........so if you think about it.....hmmmmmmm, anyways this was just yesterday........

 

Hey gokooljapan, I'm heading to Orlando in about 45 minutes to get some parts. If you want, I'll stop by his house and check and make sure he has the stuff....just to give you a piece of mind that he actually has what he says. i spoke with his dad today, and so far things seem cool. he wrecked his car (dad and brother told same story), which is why he needs $. he's on parts trader; i don't think he has a h-t id, but i'll email you his addy just in case. (before it's officially a scam i'll respect his privacy.) thanks.

 

yeah, i dont want to jumo into any conclusions...for all i know the guy could be a stand up guy .........just giving you a heads up.....that is my opinion anyways.......hope it turns out good for ya!!!!

i am in orlando as well....i have attempted to deal with him before but he seems to not be very punctual about getting back to me when we are discussing a deal, that doesn't mean that he is a scammer, but maybe just lazy..anyways, if you need any help feel free to email me and i will see what i can do for you

Not to start anything, but I see your are no longer registered under ebay, and have had several complaints. Just an observation, b/c I know how some people on ebay are never happy

 

Yeah, my account got shut down earlier today. Here's the story behind it in a very short and to the point form:

I left town mid December for a family trip. I emailed all of my customers letting them know this. I get back: 20+ negatives for me. Not a good thing, especially since EBay also tried to contact me about the "FRAUD" (a.k.a. Idiot impatient customers who dont know how to read emails) complaints. Since they didn't get a response from me (I was on the road in Maryland), they closed my account without letting me defend myself. I got back and tried to please everyone, but what was done was done. I went ahead and started a new account. I have dealt with all of my customers, and have tried to please them, but sometimes it's just best to start a-fresh. Anyways, I'm back in business now and everything is going good...hopefully.
