Watch out for a guy Michael Jones or Frank from Toronto/Mississiuga (sp?) area. They owned a supposed shop called MT Auto. They ripped me off a ITR head! He goes by the e-mail address of hondalover99@hotmail.com or vteclover@hotmail.com. He probably uses another e-mail address by now but be weary of people selling ITR parts from that area. I'll find his address that he gave me. I'll post it up later. Fraud *** beotches!!

paypal protects you, you can get your money back

 

Well, Phil Tamburovic aka Racedesign got me for 100 for a broke a$$ engine block, and a few others that I have talked to over the net on http://www.g2ic.com and http://www.hondaclub.com

 

 

paypal cannot protect you if the seller has no money in his paypal account. your only recourse is to file a complaint with your credit card company and they will chase paypal. i was told 90 days at most for investigation, and it would come out of paypal's insurance funds, after which paypal can reserve the right to cancel services with you. why? because paypal will classify u among those who scam their company by making fake purchases and then claiming afterwards for $$$.

 

Fawk paypal....they dont protect you worth a chit. I was verified...the seller was verified....IF THE SCAMMER DRAINS HIS/HER PAYPAL ACCOUNT....PAYPAL CANT TOUCH THEM!!! Fawk them

That's exactly what happened to me. They sided with me on this occasion but were extremely sorry to hear what happened and that they could not do anything to recover my funds. I received my credit card bill today and I'm gonna call them to see what they can do about it, fawk PayPal if they want to discontinue service with me, at least I'll get my $300 back.
