will trade 99 gsr tranny for a 95 or newer ls tranny that has low miles

why because ls trannys have longer gears then the gsr. so it will rev out longer which will work better for my ls swap

Uhmm, no it won't. I would seriously consider keeping your gsr tranny.

LS tranny is garbage. keep your GSR tranny, trust me.

they y does everyone say ls trannys have longer gears and y is it that when i race a ls hatch i am shifting to 4th and they are still in 3 whats the deal with that.

ls's do have longer gears, longer gears are good for turbo, if you are n/a you want to keep your gears somewhat short for powerband purposes, but if you really want an ls tranny i've gotta 94 ls tranny with like 80k on it and i'd love ta have a gsr tranny

Wrong The ls will slow down acceleration, and drop you more out of your power band. This myth is from like 98 that the ls it better.

Oh and btw don't trade your gsr tranny for an ls. Trsut me it will only slow you down. If you think that because the guy your racing is in a lower gear thats better, than you have alot to learn my friend.
