The amount is $28 million usd.It was defaced for security reason
it is currently with a Security company Abroad.
All that is needed is for me to instruct the company to hand over
the money to you, I will remunerate you with 20% at the end, but
most of all is that I solicit your trust in this transaction.
I have been confined only to Kano my home town and all my calls
are been monitored,So I will get my representative to get you the
needed informations to make the claim.
Yours faithfully

What his trying to do I THINK is send me a fake M.O Or Cashier Check from another country. When I deposit it into my bank account it will clear within a week, so I would wire the rest of the money back to him, but then it would bounce some time later.

Someone fix me if im wrong.

Let me tell you something about Africa. I lived there for 1 year in Nigeria. I was there the last year that Sanni Abacha was in power. He murdered thousands of people and I am sure that his son did too. Look around and youll see this is a small time scam. Others have them where they ask for some $$$ to get $$$ and dissappear.
