yea thats old news... if put on incorrectly. you can move the dome to the side and stick a small socket the wheel will come off... and with a little more work the boot will come off the tire aswell.
this is what happens when you have government workers. they dont care how its put on as long as its on.
if its put on correctly. even popping the tire will do no good.
