Default Hy-Tech header

Hytech header good condition $125 obo

As you can see, the dents on the bottom are so miniscule they only subtract from the aesthetics. These small imperfections will occur on almost any street driven Honda, why buy a perfect one for more when this will happen to it almost immediately. I will ship if necessary, I have a paypal account

I acquired this header through a series of purchases and trades at which point I was told it was real. I never really looked closely at it until today after taking it off my civic, I just took the guys word for it. As it turns out, my loss is your gain. As a few of you pointed out, the original price was fit for a replica therefore it stands. I set the price that low because in my eyes there is no difference between a replica and the real thing. Its like buying a $60 tee shirt from Holister that was made for 25 cents in Singapore. Point being, why would someone purchase a header for $700 when they can get the same thing for $375-450 on eBay. I'm a highly skilled welder who has purchased numerous headers off of eBay. Those "cracking weld" urban myths are just that; falsities. Anyway, enough preaching, here it is:

Will fit gsr, b16, type r, etc. All vtec b-series heads, however the shorter deck height of the b16 will make it hang lower

lol already answered this, my fault

So...
Let me get this straight?

Your logic states...

Why buy a Ferrari in mint condition when you can buy a Ford Tempo?
Both get you from point a to point b.
Both Run, have 4 wheels, transmission.

Why is the Ferrari worth more?
Oh wait, maybe because far more Research and Development was put into it.
Perhaps it has better suspension, chassis reinforcement, braking, engine reliability etc?

Just kidding, these are all urban myths.
FORD TEMPO FTW!

Suspension, chassis reinforcement, braking, engine reliability etc? We're not discussing a complex vehicle; rather a header whose simple bends, pipe diameter, general construction and shape can be easily replicated. Even so, if someone could replicate a Ferrari in it's exact form and charge less for it, any half logical person would take the exact replica. This header is almost an exact replica, I've seen dyno graphs of replicas vs the real thing. 9 times out of 10 the real thing will make an extra .5-1 hp; I guess to people like you that and the name stamped on it are worth the extra $700-1000.
