How To Ship: Large Objects

I need to ship an Integra dash. How should I go about safely and inexpensively shipping this sort of long, oddly sized object?

look into greyhound.. they can ship large items.. but the reciever has to go to his local greyhound station to pick it up.. hope this helps..
