Default HID + Top of line AMP & SUB

Hey guys I have for you (local pickup perferre in NYC Tri-State area), I will be in DC Metro Area in 2 weeks, so that include all of you guys as well:

1. K2 Vision HID (H7 Bulb) 6000K, Brand New in Box and NEVER Installed. $400

2. Rockford Fosgate Power (not Punch) 500.2 (used for short period of time) Birthsheet states that the AMP's RMS is 768 Watts. The AMP is underrated.
List price $699
Stree Price as high as $579.95
My Price: $240

3. Eclipse Aluminum 88120 12" Subwoofer & Enclosure.
List Price: $429 + $80 Enclosure
Street Price is $299 + $80 Enclosure
My Price: $250 for both (Almost brand new MINT Cont. with original box, manual, etc.)

If you buy both the Sub and AMP, I'll give it both for $450.

Please no low-ballers. Make reasonable offer.

Story on why I'm selling:

1. HID, I had a set but I also have a Carbon Fiber hood, but due to a rain storm, water got into the starter of the HID because my Hood leaves a big gap on the side near the lights and mess up the HID. I returned it (to my friend's shop) and he got me a BRAND New set. Now I brought the new set for $450 cash with hookup, I'm selling brand new set for $400 for a loss. You would also get warranty on it.

2. AMP and Sub, I had a Infinity Perfect Sub and my AMP got mess up due to water damage. I opened up my hatch after it rained and my AMP was install behind the backseat and water somehow got in there and short the AMP.

So I brought the Rockford Power 500.2 (without thinking) which made 768 watts, which is a over kill for the small 10 inch sub.

Fear of overblowing the Sub, I brought the Eclipse (best Alum sub on the market) and Enclosure. But now I realize that its too loud and heavy for my taste. I am a performance freak and it always gets to me that the Sub is weighting me down. The sub driver itself weights 30lbs plus enclosure which is little more than 50lbs total.
I'm a race freak, so this bothers me.

I decided to go back to my Infinity Sub, weights like 20lbs total plus a smaller amp.

If you guys know your shi*t then you know that the Eclipse is the best sounding sub.
