Default Getting Scammed

I bought a 91 crx from h-t member James Fox (jdmcrx4) about 2 months ago, I drove down to Texas and picked it up and I had him sign off on a bill of sale just to cover my butt, he told me that the vehicle had a clear title and he would send it in a week.We have contacted him numerous times and he keeps beating around the bush and he's really starting to **** me off. It sucks that you can't trust people anymore. Anybody ever dealt with this guy before, he seemed like a nice guy when I talked to him but I guess I was wrong. Anyone think I might be able to take some legal action against this scammer. I will be speaking to my lawyer shortly, but anyone with any info on this guy would be helpful.

this should be in classifieds somewhere. I'm sick of hearing about scammers. I've dealt with a number of ppl here w/o prob. theres less scammers here than ebay. go whine somewhere else.

I'm asking for info on a guy that ripped me off. I've dealt with people without problems also. If you got ripped off $500 you would like to set it straight correct?
I havent even started working on this car cause I dont even know if it is stolen.
