FS - Stack Dash, Data Logger, and Expansion Module

ST8100: Configurable Dash Display System

ST8900 "Engineering Systems" Expansion Data-Loggers:
- ST8906 8 Inputs, 45 Channel, 200Hz, 8MB Engineering System
Consists of:
- Main display w/ milspec harness (ST867)
- Expansion Module (ST841)
- Recorder Module (ST826-8)
- G Sensor (ST791)
- Lap timer (ST543)
- [2] Accelerometers (used for shcok travel)
* Have no way to verify 'Predictive Lap Timing', but appears enabled.
