no high beam, and install is easy, takes 15 minutes max. will go cheap on this!! i need money to finish my turbo project!!

I would suggest to anyone with H.I.D. to upgrade their OEM wiring to heavier duty sucdh as what is listed above, so the answer is no you don't need the wires, but it should be recommended.
