Haltec's kick ***. I have tuned with a couple of different standalone ECU's and this is one of the most versatile ones. You can get a Haltec map from anyone who has one. I am sure that this guy wasn't the only one. It is way better than the Hondata in my opinion because it has many more features.

Better get rid of it now. The E11 is out in Australia and it'll be coming here soon. $1300.00 street price with twice the features as the E6k.

can someone hook me up w/ a haltec map? i really need one.

 

will go into anything, remember, it is standalone and requires rewiring all the ECM harness. BTW, if you're looking for something a little better, hold out for the Haltech E11 due out next month which will be 1300 and has all the features of a Motec or FAST.

HI Dirtylude, I read your post about tuning with the E6K, I am looking at doing my first FI on my 2001. Any advice? I want to go with a 3071, 0.63 if 0.82 is too big, atmospherically vented 38mm WG, methanol injection, probably stop at 7.5psi boost. This E11 might be the better choice, do you know where I can find some maps for it? What did you select for injector sizes? 370 seems logical for me, but have to go to the 190lph pump(no big deal). Like the idea of integrated boost controller and adjusting the VTEC point. Don't need anything other than the standalone to adjust timing and vtec point?
