Default Frauds and Scamms!!

I've seen ALOT of people getting scammed and ripped off through internet buys. I've been ripped off twice also, and people who file reports RARELY get their issues solved and their money back.

How many of you guys in here filed a report? A friend of mine lost 400 bucks and he tried to get his money back, but there was just no way to get it back, unless he went to the person's house. Whats the best way? I heard if you get scammed on the internet, its 99% that you'll never get your money back and he'll just get away. How do you guys resolve with these problems??

I just want to said this first. "only problems i'm having with Ken is the productsi sold and what he clam to recevied, Not I took his money"

Even those you don;t have anything good to said about me. maybe i can help you a little.

I have lean this because i have got burn almost $2K on internet frad.

1. do not use cash, personal check, money order, bank check or paypal (since Ken found out paypal will not hep him), the have NO protection for buyer, your on your own if seller cash it.

2. if you have to send money then please use USPS money order or bank wire transfer only. USPS got postmaster can help you investageand also their under federal goverment and you can get copy of the money order if they cash it. Bank wire transfer if you ever deside to take them to your local small clam court, if you get judgement then you can take it out of his bank, since you have all the information.

3. if they cash your money and they don;t send products, then frist think you want to do is have your layer send formal letter.

4. fill out a internet fraud form at http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp and get a copy.

5. fill out a small clam on your local court system and get judgement

6. call the police dep of the seller city and have him severd.

that's all i know so far.

thanks
