I have a total of 4 brand new/unpainted ctr front lips that are made by Wings West. 2 of the front lips are made for 1996-1998 civics, and the other 2 are made for 99-00 civics. Yes i could get the ctr rear lip too (not the authentic jdm one, replica) for $170 w/o shipping... And yes the lips are Poly Urethane, because wings west doesnt make the cheap fiberglass crap!
