i ordered extended wheel studs and lug nuts for my bogarts, and got them within a week...will was cool and gave good service...he even helped me find slicks closer to me so i wouldn't have to pay shipping because i needed them quickly at the time...cool cats

His customer service is extremely poor Im about ready to report him to the authorities..I still waiting for a refund for my pistons I ordered from him in Feb 04. I so tired of his excuses that he is busy, he is moving, he has downsized his company. It isnt a coincidence that when people who have called is mailbox is full and that both email addresses arent answered. Guys do a search man!

It's the same w/ me I ordered my 'Bisi' header and put a $200 down payment on it. It'll be 8weeks on the 20th of this month I've tried numerous time to contact them and I've got nothing in return this is no way to run any kind of business
.
I'll just fab it myself if they can't pull their heads outta their azz.

WHERE THE HELL IS THAT BUTTHEAD!!!!! I Email him and PMed him 100 times, I get no repsonse.....damn! That bitch has about 700 usd from me since APRIL!!!!!!!!!! He is a ******* SCAMMER!!!!!!!!! I want my money back!!!!!!!! I am so pissed!!!!!!!!!!!

First i would like to say, Wil is not a scammer as someone has suggested..
At this time, Exospeed is going threw a couple minor changes. They are changing locations of their shop, but were held up on getting the new shop. Since the hold up, they have since moved everything out of the previous shop and had to put everything into storrage untill they get the new shop.. This was completely out of their hands. they are being screwed on the deal of the new shop, in my personal opinion...
Exospeed is also down to 2 employees, Wil (sales/shipping/etc.) and Roy (engine builder).. This has put a bigger work load on the 2, but its nothing they cant handle..
As for lenso wheel orders, i do know that the order got screwed up, and they are waiting for the new order to get in..
Wil also has been having some family matters to deal with wich will soon be out of the way so he can focus on getting all of your orders completed...
Please be patient, I know your orders will be completed as soon as possible..

Patient? Are you kidding?! I wait since APRIL on my header and how long does moving needs? 2month or what...cause I get no feedbacks to PMs and Emails. There is NO one single excusion.

Will may not be a scammer but he is a very poor businessman. He assured me he values customer service. If he has all these problems why not try to address them and at least let the customers know that you are going through problems..I would appreciate it more than not being able to contact by phone email or other means of communication. I appreciate guys vouching for him but its extremely frustrating to not have any<U></U> means of contact with will and you guys saying he is a good guy..Its a total slap in our faces. In any event I am providing my issue here if you can help..It would be appreciated..
