However, aftter a few days of no contact he logs into HT to say it is sold. I paid on 4/7/10, he listed it as sold on 4/10/10. Three days later.

On 4/15/10 he logs in to message me with this message: "hey man im very very sorry for the delay i had a warrant out for my arrest i wasnt able to come into contact with anyone to have it shipped. whats your address so i can ship this out, once again i appologize"

I replied with this message (with great hesitation) on the same day: "Here's my shipping address: *********** Let me know when you ship it."
He logged back on on 4/16/10, but did not answer my message back, nor has he logged in since (nearly 18 days).

I feel as though he might be a thief and tried scamming me of my money for parts either he a) stole, or b) never had.

This has been upgraded to a paypal claim, I'm mainly posting this up to get resolution (which I doubt is ever going to come), as well as to keep you guys aware of this guy!

--Granted I was an idiot for thinking that this would be legit for $135 shipped, but I saw the price and jumped without thinking. Yes I'm an idiot.

were you trying to get the climate control from him well the navigator thing?
cause i was trying to get this item as also but requested more pics from him and he never got to me with legit pics i ask for him to take a pic of his id infront of the ek9 climate control and he never did it it i was you i would report him to the scammer list!!! thats messed up people doing things like this

Yea man, send me some of his PM's. This is mad sketch. I'm not calling him out yet, I just need someone who knows him, because he's got some stuff going on, and its starting to add up...

And yea I snatched up the climate control/nav for $135, which was a steal, and is definitely land of the stolen prices.. but he hasn't shipped it and hasn't been on since requesting my address for a second time.

 

yeah true i do remember him telling me one time that he was going to school and he was going to have one of his family members send it out but idk but i will post them up in a bit!

Yea I know, at first it wasn't a call out, just a thread to see if anybody knew him, but now its a call out and I can't figure out how to change the title.

Yea man for real. Though I won't fault him 100%, because really who sells a legit JDM Nav system for 135?? Red flags anyone??

 

but still, you should've at least received something and sometimes people don't really care and might really just need the money.
