I was stupid for sending them first but he sent the money and then said that he has a good rep on honda-tech and has no reason to rip me off. I trusted him because he seemed like a good guy and had a list of people that could vouch for him.

I would be more than happy to deleted this post if he comes clean or did already send them and could provide a tracking number.
