WTB: Type R
Been away for a while, but now that I am a flat rate tech at a Honda dealer up here in the rusty-assed north (Ontario, Canada) I have decided to upgrade the racing budget a bit.
I am looking for a Type R to build into a GT race car (CASC-OR GT2 specifically), prefer as stock as possible, and with as little salt damage as possible. Does not have to be the most meticulous example around, she is gonna get bashed up some on track anyways. Even theft/recovery will be considered, and I am willing to travel for the right deal.

Price? The cheaper the better....
Colour? Yes, it must have one....
Rust? Absolutely not.
Although, I am considering turnkey racecars as well. (I have been offered several)

I have decided to narrow my search to built race cars only. There are enough ITR race cars out there that I might as well buy one that is already built. It will be racing in the CASC-OR Touring GT series.

Which basically means there are no limits to mods (just minimum weights wrt engine design/size) , although, forced induction would put me up against the likes of twin turbo vettes/porsches/vipers etc etc. That would not be good. Would prefer something like ex; grand am cup, rolex, speedvision cup etc etc.
