I went to the wmhm website and it stated that to drive on the track at this event that you must have previous track expirience , I emailed about it and have not heard back . I know that the next meet is not untill next summer , but i want to know how much previous track expirience is needed .

I don't think it's a rule that is strictly applied. But if you're a first timer, it will be mandatory for you to have an instructor.

no it is not needed, thats why we(the 3 that have posted here) are instructors. however i do suggest maybe a few autocross events to get used to your car. i mean we all start some where ya know.
another thing to remember is that he website for WMHM generally wont be updated until closer to the event and you better beleive there will be a post here too! if you have any questions to hesitate to PM me

Thanks so much for the responses and advice . I take it you all have attended , I just became aware of it this year after it was too late , there was an article about it in Honda Tuning . Are other makes of vehicles allowed to attend ?

There were last year, but it might be something like "registration open to Hondas/Acuras only until Date X, then open to all other makes." I don't remember exactly how it went down last year.

It would be cool if other makes are alowed , Ive got a friend with a track ready jetta and onther with an s14 with an rb25 in it and i thought it would be fun to bring them along and interesting to see them on the track .

I don't see why you'd have a problem. I'd be hugely surprised if the event filled with strictly Hondas that actually paid. That's assuming there's even a Hondas-only grace period.

All over the board. A few dedicated race cars, a bunch of street/track cars, and a bunch of lightly modified or bone-stock cars.

experience? IME just enough to not be a danger, there are plenty of instructors there to help out the inexperienced.

as for other makes, they are most certainly allowed and can register at the same time as honda/acura. Trust me, i know from experience

as for cars, as was mentioned, from off the showroom floor (mine had 1,100 miles on it in 2008) to mildly modified, to near race cars, to dedicated "real" race cars (wai's integra for instance)
