Default West End Alignment

My suspension on my DA is finally done...TEIN SS Coilovers, Energy Suspension Master Kit, Ingalls F&R Camber kits, SPC Toe adjustement kit, and new joints.

...now for an alignment.

Just wondering if anyone on this board has taken their car to West End (Southern Cali/Gardena). How much did it cost? I'm looking for 4-wheel alignment and maybe corner balancing. Thanks in advance!

It would be best if you were to go there yourself and get an estimate from him. Prices vary....
Torrance is not that far from gardena

Cool deal! Thanks ITRbroham. I found this article...pretty good stuff, and if Mike Kojima trusts West End, it must be the best (speaking from experience and my profession, magazines get access to the best of the best).

Darin's work is top notch. I have been to him several times. There is no one better. Trust me. I have seen cars worth several hundred thousand dollars at his shop. Many racing teams trust him with their cars and their customer's cars.

Well, I finally got my DA aligned at West End. I'll make this as short and to the point as possible: he is the best. He spent the time (3 hours) to align the car right the first time, and after it was all said and done, my car tracked as if it were on rails. The car handles WAY better, and it only costed $90!!! A guy from San Francisco drove all the way out to Gardena to get his Prelude aligned and worked on by Darrin.

Anyone in the 213, 323, 310, 562, 626, 714, 949, 818, or anywhere else in CA should definitely get their cars aligned at West End. If your tired of hearing alignment shops tell you "well, it's lowered, it will NEVER track straight", give Darrin a call!

Also, look for an upcoming article on Overboost.com within the next week or so outlining the whole process of a proper performance alignment.

I think he charged 85 dollars cash only. And after he's done he'll ask you to drive the car with him in it so he can feel your driving style and fine tune it a bit for you. It's on Western err Vermont err Normandie...near the gardena HomeDepot

I drive two hours to get an alignment from him. I remember it's in the $70ish range, and he even takes personal checks! He aligns it, lets you drive the car, and if you don't like it he'll go work on it again for no extra charge. You don't leave until you're satisfied.

I think he had a bad thing happen a few months ago and I saw that he only takes cash.

West End is awesome, however there is another awesome place in Gardena.

M-Workz
310-713-8386

A lot of us take our cars to m-workz either place is awesome though!

I now use M-works exclusively due to the fact of steve is always there in a pinch!
