Default trans fluid

doing a half shaft. prolly change the fluid (unless i end up doin it sat. night with an autocross sunday. was gonna run some redline mt-90. is it worth it or no?

..do not use synthetic trans fluid. Stick w/ either Honda MTF or use Castrol GTX 10-30 non synthetic motor oil.

Me & several other racers around here have been using Redline MTL. We have been pretty happy with it. This is in D series engines running sprint & enduro races. There have been a lot of you guys recommending the Honda MTF. I will try it for the next race.

where do u guys get the honda mtf? the dealer or mail order?

Dealer. I think I paid 3.99/qt.

Smoother shifts than with the 10w-30 I had in there.
