What time do the gates open at summit on friday?

The last time they said 6pm, I got there right at 6 and the paddock was full.

It largely depends on what is going on at the track that day. Lots of times NASA will be there on Friday running a practice day/instructor clinic.

Also - if there is a FATT often times Donnie will let NASA people in starting in the afternoon (even though the time is technically 6).

NASA officially takes control of the track at 6PM. As Drew says people can get in earlier.

Our contract with the track says we take over the track at 6PM, and noone except very limited staff should arrive prior to that. It is up to the track to determine if they are going to monitor who is coming in any earlier than that.
