whats up guys?? was on the road today with my friend and I pulled up next to a beat up old CRX on the highway.. honestly it looked like it was about to fall apart.. rust all over... he decided to hit the gas and go infront of me and turn on his hazards to signal me, so I went after it.. I pulled up next to him and we started ripping.. i'mdoing about 110mph now and that little CRX just blew me... crazy *** sleeper.. just thought i'd share this..

 

no on cares about "sleeper" cars in competition forum. go to kill stories or crx forum.

So, please tell me how street racing and doing *110* on a public street is helping anyone??? Surely I missed the point on that one. You should consider yourself lucky you didnt end up in cuffs for that stunt.

Uhm... since when did street racing become some form of competition? Think before you type, and read the rr/ax forum a bit and you'll notice that we use our cars for real competition or driver improvement.

 

i wasn't racing on the main streets.. i never do that.. it was on the garden state parkway in NJ. I might screw around but I never rip through main roads.. too many kids running around and its 100% NOT safe.. i'm not that stupid

as for me posting this in this forum, it was an accident.. I posted in the wrong loaction.. no need for everyone to jump down my throat about it.. thats what bothered me and thats why i said what i said. but anyway, i don't feel like arguing or fighting with anybody about this.. its not worth our time.. lets just forget it.

 

I agree with you Ridge Racer.. Street racing isn't the safest thing. I don't really engage in it much but once in a while i'll rip on the highway if its clear. Not the smartest thing but hey, we've all done it. Anyway, I'm sorry for starting a fight.. I just wanted to tell you guys about it.

 

since when is the GS pkwy not a main street? Its still a public road.

sounds alot like street racing to me.... just because it wasnt at a stoplight in front of an elementary school doesnt made it any better. Besides, you have a better chance of losing control of your car at 110 than 60 (most stoplight races).

you meant to put this in rr/ax, so therefore its placement was no accident. The only accident needing apology is your actions - we "jump down your throat" becase this is public safety we're talking about and as long as guys like you are acting like jackasses on the streets, there will be accidents and injuries (and tickets!) that could have been avoided.
