If you're in southwestern CT I'd contact the Fairfield County Sports Car Club and see if they host anything. Their website is www.fcscc.com

I know there are autoxes in New Britain or something. You might just have to go and muscle your car around and learn for yourself though.

FCSCC normally races at a college parking lot in Waterbury.

There is also Connecticut Autocross & Rally Team (C.A.R.T.). They race in Bristol and Lime Rock Park.

Lots of the same people run both organizations events. During the season, they hold events on alternate weeks.

If you're in the North East part of CT, check out http://www.ner.org (New England SCCA) They auto-x just north of Worcester in Ayer (where 95% of auto-xes are in Mass).

Other clubs that auto-x there:
http://www.nescc.org
http://www.boston-bmwcca.org

There's the SHO club, Corvette Club, and Miata Club that allo auto-x there, but I don't have the URL's handy.
