During the Runoffs on Speed I remember some kid/guy being interviewed about some scholarship program that is for students interested in racing. Unfortunately I didn't think to jot down the name of the organization, anyone happen to know it?

seems like if you look hard enough there are scholarships for everything. a few years ago this kid i saw on tv got a scholarship for skateboarding, and this kid wasn't even good, kinda retarded but what can you do.
