Default Problem with GC coilover....

Has anyone experienced this problem with their GC coilovers? You tighten the allen wrench screw as tight as you can yet the adjustable spring perch still easily rotates on the collar? On three of mine I had to crank the hell out of the screw and it seems to just barely be grabbing the collar at all. But on the fourth one no amount of tightening will make the spring perch lock in place. Is their any fix or do I need a new part?

Make sure that it is not just the threaded sleeve moving around the shock body, and the collar is locked and moving with it; this is normal. If your collar is turning around the threaded sleeve with the set screws locked, then you should contact GC!
