omniman's coilover setup...
anyone here using omniman's coilover setup on the track? daily driving? i got a couple of questions:
1. is it damping adjustable?
2. is it rebuildable?
3. what's ideal spring rates for a stock 2000 Si coupe (with full interior) daily driven car with stock motor (only IHE mods)? ideal front and rear spring rates for socal roads.
4. would i need to get ITR lower control arms for these coilovers or will my stock ones work fine?
i really want to know a specific spring rate combo for #3 above...sorry about that...i know it's a very subjective question and depends on each person's preference...but i just want to know a decent spring rate combo for socal roads...TIA

IM him.... ask him
1. is it damping adjustable?
No
2. is it rebuildable?
not sure

You sound more like a street car person, so I'd say the 10/6k street setup.
4. would i need to get ITR lower control arms for these coilovers or will my stock ones work fine?
He has them for lots of different models, so no need for ITR LCAs.
Again, he is a good guy to talk to, IM him and ask him this stuff.
