Default locking lug nuts for long studs

After reading about using acura TL studs instead of aftermarket ones it got me thinking that I'd like to put longer studs on my daily driver/ street mod car. but since I dont want to walk out to my car one day and see it sitting on blocks, what are my options for a type of long locking nut that could not be taken off with a regular socket? or am I out of luck and just not worry about going to longer studs?

btw i would like to stay away from kryogens if possible
thanks

i also did search but couldn't find really what i was looking for

if someone wants to steal your wheels, they are going to steal your wheels..... unfortunately.

The only solution I have used is the McGard Spline Drive. Uses a very unique socket design.

i'd like to at least slow them down

as for the mcgaurd splines, will these work on longer studs?

they will work if there open ended. i dont rememebr if they are or not tho. kyokugens are crap and u def. should stay away fromt hem. the buddyclub lugs are nice, but pricey for lugs. there awsome if ur lugs are recessed into ur wheel a bit like buddy club p1/ kosi k1's since they are long ligs and can be threaded easily. but they wont help ur wheels from getting stolen. my advice-get steelies for the street.
