Which hardware are you talking about? I don't think they come with upper spring perches. IIRC, you have to take that off the old shocks.

I'm talking about all the washers and the two nuts that tighten everything together. I know they have to come with, because the backs do and my friend's konis came with them. Plus the stock honda stuff isn't big enough in diameter to fit over the koni's shock rod.

OK, yeah, I got those. As far as I can tell, I got everything I should have. And I got 'em the day after I ordered them, so that was nice. I ordered a couple other things that haven't arrived yet, though, and I didn't get a receipt either.

your problems are being taken care of - every now and then issues like this pop up and we will take care of it asap
all phone calls that we received were returned asap - i think our customer service has been pretty impressive thus far - all orders were placed on mon/tues for the most part and you guys already have your shocks in your hands, with other places you would have been waiting till the end of next week

We hung up on someone. I find that impossible to believe. In fact if they were talking to me I know that I have never hung up on a customer in my LIFE. If for some reason we were disconnected in a transfer I do apologize. As far as the invoices go all invoices go out via email. If you did not get your invoice a simple email and we can try again. If not I will fax/mail or drop it off to you.
As far as missing some parts I do apologize again but we do not open every single box we ship. That would just not be possible. We rely on the manufacture to include all items in their box, if for some reason they forget to do this then all we can do is correct the problem.
I hope all that were trying to make autocross and track weekends have a great time and I hope everyone enjoys the shocks.
