if you mouse-over the text and click the title bar, then scroll all the way down you get to the disable link

there was a thread awhile back that told you how to get rid of it forever, I thought I got it from this forum too. I did it and it has worked good maybe the thread was deleted?

You have to change your hosts file, add this:
127.0.0.1 honda-tech.us.intellitxt.com

There are two ways to accomplish what you want.

FireFox
-Install Adblock (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/10/)
-Add "http://honda-tech.us.intellitxt.com/intellitxt/front.asp?ipid=2346" to the list of blocked sites.

Internet Explorer/FireFox/Mozilla/Opera/etc.
-Start >> Run >> c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\HOSTS
-Open with Notepad
-Under "127.0.0.1 localhost" add the following:
127.0.01 http://honda-tech.us.intellitx...=2346
-File >> Save
