Ignition switch layout
I assume no liability for anything going wrong!
OK this is for the long acre switch.
I know millions of people have been emailing me about it.
the large white wire that goes to the back of the switch. I cut that and connect it to the brown wire on the longacre switch ( thats the power source wire)
The blk/white wire is your ignition system. On the longacre switch this goes the yellow wire.
The blk/yellow wire is your started solinoid. It goes to the green wire.
As for the wiring on the back of the switch I cannot say how that goes.
I would imagine that it goes like this:
Power wire(white) goes to 1 side of a spst switch. then a short wire goes from that same terminal to a momentary heavy duty switch. The other side of the SPST switch will connect to the ignition wire ( blk/white). And finally the other side of the momentay switch will recieve the starter solinoid wire ( blk/ yellow)
goodluck!
