Default handle this--

I currently have a 1994 DC2 integra with Skunk2 coilovers with Koni red shocks, energy bushings and 16'' volk TE37s 205/45/zr16...2 questions... I have (but have not installed yet) a progress front camber kit... to what degree of camber would I generally be safe against horrible tire wear, but be at my optimal angle for traction? and, what kind of rear sway bar should I be considering with my coilovers? front sway bar? ps. my front and rear tires are pretty much parallel with my fenders, if not slightly in the wheel wells in the rear.

Camber doesn't wear out tires nearly as fast as toe does. You could run a fair bit of camber (say, -2 degrees) with zero toe, and get decent wear. What spring rates do your Skunk2 coilovers have? and what type of driving will you be doing with the car? that affects what swaybar size we recommend.
