getting started
im new to the scene and want to start road racing i live in wisconsin and was wondering if anyone can help me with getting started i dont know of alot of events, i wanted to do some of the hpde events but i dont know when they start i looked on the website and i could find anything any help would be apprecited thanks guys

look up hpde cant miss it. theres all kinds of info on what it is whats needed. track event schedules and all that stuff.
theres others but i like the events with them the best, my opinion.

Look for events at Road America, Autobahn Country Club, Blackhawk farms. These are probably the closest ones.

Since you are in Wisconsin, I suggest checking into Midwestern Council as well (http://www.mcscc.org/). They are a great place to get started. They have autocross/time attack and road race events at Blackhawk Farms, Road America, Autobahn, and Milwaukee. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
