Sorry CJ, I just called and asked about instructing requirements. BSR has an instructors ( and for people whom are interested in instructing) meet in February to evaluate potential candidates. You may also request to be evaluated after you have been signed off to go solo in-group 2, AND have been recommended for "seat time".
Ross and others in intermediate groups with other clubs, you may submit your driving experience. BSR’s chief instructor will evaluate your driving history and determine if you qualify.

Just had an interesting conversation with my FV friend about the National at Summit.
if I can get off work, I'm in. I'd love to get out on the same track as George, Sprinkel, etc...we have never been in the same session.
Wow, I'm really tempted... What kind of seat time can we expect for our $175? I haven't done one of the FATTs yet.

Hey Ed, did you get your SSRs mounted yet? I'm curious to know how the tires fit on the 7.5" wheel. Are you running 205s?
Yes -- 205/50/15's (032R) , the guy @ tire rack said the 225/50's were flagged as causing problems so I'm going to see what the clearances are with these. I'm condidering having WagonWorks roll my rear fender lips if necessary for the 225/50's. Ed
I'll let you guys know how it all fits once I wax them up and put them on the car. Ed
