Default Experiences with Truechoice?

I'm considering going with Koni shocks from Truechoice for my raSEcaR. Anybody here have experiences with them? Customer service experiences (i.e., they deliver stuff when promised), warranty work, etc. TIA.

I bought the Konis for my 'teg from TrueChoice a couple of years ago and had no problems at all. They were courteous, and shipped them right away. No hassles. I have not had any warranty work done so I can't speak to that.

Gee, I thought you were expecting your shocks this week... I'm sure you said they would be here this week... I mean, the shocks are in the mail as we speak, right?

P.S. yo' car still broke?

Pat, if I make it down to the auto-x on sunday, come by. I'll show you the TC setup on my car. I've also got info about TC that you'll want.

They're shipping today. Of course, this is about the 5th time I've been told this, so I should have about 5 sets of SE-R shocks soon, right?

<sigh> I wish I wasn't such a nice person who believed people tell the truth. Especially after you've been a loyal customer for almost 5 years.

P.S. yo' car still broke?
Yes. But I'm going down to Richmond tomorrow to get a pair of front KYB's from Rosen Autosport for a temporary fix.

I'll be there ... have you signed up yet? I didn't see you on the pre-registration list.

Pat, you are a dangerous person with money.

Oh yeah, she told me your shocks were absolutely in the mail. That is unless there is a freak hurricane, tital wave, earth quake, etc. Then they might be delayed slightly.

Erm, yeah... me and pre-registering don't go so well together. So what happens if I just show up on Sunday?

Alright, I'm 3rd on the waiting list. If I drive 3 hours, I'll get in some way. I guess I better pack the kneepads

There shouldn't be any problem getting you in. There will probably be more than three people who don't make it.
