Default Define: 'Dash'

A lot of classes require that you retain the factory dashboard.

What exactly is the 'dashboard' in the eyes of the rulebook(s)?

In SCCA IT classes, it is everything that the rules don't specifically allow you to remove - the molded dash top, internal structure, steering wheel support, front fascia, etc...

What about fusecover, glovebox, hvac, etc.

Yup. Center console, if seperate from the dash, can be removed. This is the case in several hondas.

What about fusecover, glovebox, hvac, etc.
yes, maybe, no. The fuse cover is not attached with fasteners, so may be tossed. The glovebox is arguably part of the dash, however, someplace else in the GCR/ITCS, it allows removal of storage bins. HVAC must remain.
