it doesn't relate only to pressure... it relates to tire circumference. Tire pressure is the way you modify it.
I get where your coming from about clarity, I all to often take for granted aspects of experience that someone else may not posses or that might have come to an alternate conclusion. At any rate, I am trying to assist.
