Anyone seen (or used) these cheap turn plate that have popped up on Amazon? They're listed under a few different "brandz" but all appear to be the same Chinesium product. Thinking about adding a set to my garage alignment kit.

Not a bad price to just buy and try. I have a hub stand kit but wouldn’t mind toe plates for faster adjustments.

That seems elaborate when a trash bag under each tire works the same. Linoleum tiles are precisely 1/8” thick so you can level the floor to within 1/16”:

 

... and how much did the Industrial Laser Level cost ?

 

Nothing. I already own it for house work and it’s hardly industrial, just a $75 Skil branded one off of Amazon. In fact, I need to upgrade to a green laser. I’ve gotten my money’s worth out of this one but the red laser isn’t as precise as I’d like.

 

I had no idea that they were that cheap. That's cool.

 

Yeah they’ve come way down. You can surely spend $500 and up on one, but even Klein sells a really nice one that goes on sale for less than $200 from time to time. I’m holding out for one of those. I use my current one constantly.

 

I've found a digital level and a laser level both super helpful tools in car setup. And like spAdam said, shockingly affordable these days.
