Default Bilstein shocks?

Anyone using the Bilstein HD shocks? Do any of you guys know what the maximum spring rate they could handle?

bilstein is not a good shocks for lowerd cars ... i have it on mine and a couple months later they poped ... so i have to replace my shocks again ...

I do not think he said anything about his car being lowered. I have had my Type R fitted with Bilsteins for two seasons, using 500F 600R springs, and they are really quite nice. I thought the adjustability would be more of an issue, but so far they are maintenance and worry free. I highly recommend them after 2 full seasons of track use.

i use bilstein SP shocks.. which are designed to be used with lowering springs... They are good believe me. Good enough for street/track use. and aren't pricey either....
