Default Which is a better setup?

Which do you think would be a better all-around setup for my 95 Civic hatch?

OmniPower Full Threaded Coilovers
or
Nuespeed RACE Springs + KONI Yellow Shocks

Thanks for your help

I'll make the obligatory "better for what?" statement. But really, my vote would just go with Konis anyway. Omnipowers = nonadjustable, nonrebuildable. Koni = exactly the opposite.

Gotcha. We just get that "overall use" line in here frequently, which winds up meaning any number of different things. Looks like you meant exactly what you said though

Sorry, I suppose I should have been a bit more descriptive the first time, i'm sure questions just like this (with differant objects) have been asked many times. Thanks again for the help, I should be buying a set of Yellows soon, the Neuspeeds are laying right next to me already
