The block adapter goes where the black box use to be, then a line goes from there to the bottom of the catch can.

The bottom of our catch can kit comes with a -12 on the bottom. So you just run a line from the bottom of the catch can to the fitting on the back of the block

Do these come with braces liek the one guy mentioned? I'm concerned about it blowing/vibrating out.

Yes they come with a flange that goes around the fitting and bolt up to the block.
