whats needed to replace rear quarter panel

i have a del sol that got hit on the driver side right behind the door . i want to replace the panel but just dont know how to start doing so . if any one could shed some light on this i would greatly appreciate it . what do i need where do i cut etc

i know this much there is more to it than just cutting it off im wanting to know where should i cut the panel so it will be unnoticeable ima post pics of what got hit
if you have a full replacement quarter you need to find the 100 or so spot welds on the car drill them out to get the old one off then mark the new one drill holes and spot weld it on. my best advise is take it to a bodyshop you might get over your head if you have never done this type of repair
Do it in this step. Buy beer. Call friend for help. Drink beer. Drink one more beer.. Get drill. Look for the spot welds...drill them all... remove panel... Drink beer... Put new panel on. Weld them all ... Drink beer... Look at your work... Ask friend for approval... Drink beer ... Clean up... Drink beer... Go to sleep and u are done!
