rust past quarter panel patch?

Default rust past quarter panel patch?

how can i take car of this?



you can see down low along the top of the skirt...i know that there are currently no aftermarket replacement rocker panels...can they be gotten from honda?



its just out past where the quarter patches will reach on each side...

Find a donor car from a salvage yard, or fabricate some filler panels with sheet metal.

yeah i know...im gonna start with the patch panels, and go from there. i think im gonna have to fab up pieces of the rocker panel anyway, so i will prolly just go from there.

i jusr did the exact same repaire on my car last weekend but on both sides (damn new englnd weather) i just did the quarter panels patches then i made the rocker parts out of sheet metel.... just take your time it will come out good.. good luck and post pics of final work

just make sure to only do one side at a time...... i used the other side of my car as a quide..... i also had my frineds car to look at... just take your time making the panels i made alll my own panels... i made them so i had to use as little bonda as possible. i hate using alot of bondy becuase it will just fall off..... oh and word of advise wear gloves when pulling the old piece off .. i had to go get 7 stiches on my finger haha i learned the hard way i guess owell
