Default Restoring Interior

I have a question on how I would go and restore the interior in my DC2. I've pulled the dash, panels, basically the whole interior, in hopes of restoring the visual to that of a "new" car. There are scuffs and dark smugges on the panels which were once tanish, and the black pieces have faded spots on them. I've tried the armor-all wipes and they seem to work fine, but I can still see some inconsistancy in the fabric/plastics. It seems like my only option for the black is dye, but for the headliner and a-pillars, is there any way that I can apply something to get them looking clean since I haven't been able to find any tan dye?

For the scuffs, have you tried removing them with a little degreaser?
